Felipe is the co-founder and co-CEO of Jobandtalent. This Spanish entrepreneur worked as a business analyst for McKinsey & Company (management consulting), and as an advisor and co-founder for Entradia.

In 2009, he partnered with Juan Urdiales to launch J&T, with a social mission of helping temp workers to find the right jobs and improve their job security.

Together they have grown and evolved the J&T platform to become the global leading labour marketplace, employing over 100K workers in eight countries.
